About me.

I’m Gina, certified sleep consultant and founder of The Lullaby Nurse. I’m a mum of 2, qualified Paediatric Nurse and an active Specialist Public Health Nurse (school nurse/health visitor).

I support families who are exhausted and doubting themselves. There is nothing wrong with you, and nothing “broken” about your child. With gentle, evidence-based guidance tailored to your family, I’ll help you feel calmer, more confident, and supported as better sleep comes together.

Sleep deprivation is hard. But navigating it alone is harder.

At The Lullaby Nurse, I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or cookie-cutter advice. Backed by over 10 years of clinical experience, I combine evidence-based expertise with genuine compassion because every family deserves to feel confident, supported and truly heard. My mission is to walk alongside you every step of the way, helping your whole family find the rest you deserve.
